The house is near both the M4 and M5 motorways  (just 11 miles from Junc. 15 of the M4).

The nearest rail station is at Kemble, 3 miles away, and from here there are frequent services to Swindon, Gloucester and Cheltenham as well as a direct, frequent service to London Paddington taking just over 1 hour. A car is strongly recommended, but not essential as you can take a taxi to the estate from Kemble station.

Nearest airport is Bristol (38 miles), and the house is a 2 hr drive from London (94 miles) and 1 hr from Birmingham.
