Rental Rates
Generally our changeover day is a Friday.
Weekend breaks are for 3 nights from Friday through until Monday morning.(Although we can also accommodate 2 night weekend bookings)
Mid-week breaks are for 4 nights - Monday through until Friday morning.
We can often be flexible on this, so please send an enquiry through the enquiries tab if you require an alternative start day, or are wanting a different number of nights.
As a guide weekend 3 night short breaks (Fri-Mon) and mid-week 4 night short breaks (Mon-Fri) are generally around 75% of the weekly price, but this can vary depending on the season and bank holidays.
One travel cot is available, but we ask guests to supply their own bedding for this.
The house is available from 3pm on the arrival date and 10:00 am on the departure day.

No pets are permitted and the house is strictly no smoking.

25% deposit is taken at the time of booking, with full payment due 6 weeks before commencement of rental. Booking form to be completed and Lower Mill Estate code of conduct to be signed at time of booking.
A security deposit of £250 is required. For convenience we ask for this to be paid at the time balance payment is made. The damage deposit is returned as soon as our housekeeper has confirmed all is in order.
Payment by BACS or Stripe.
